Our pashminas are made from authentic Kashmiri fibers, some fully handwoven or hand‑embroidered. These exceptional creations require delicate care to preserve their softness, finesse, and longevity.

1. Cleaning
- Professional dry cleaning is strongly recommended.
- For hand washing: use cold/lukewarm water, mild detergent, press gently without rubbing, rinse without twisting.

2. Drying
- Lay flat on a clean towel.
- Air dry away from sunlight.
- Never tumble dry or hang vertically.

3. Ironing
- Use very low heat.
- Always use a protective cloth.
- Do not steam directly on embroidered areas.

4. Storage
- Store flat in a dry place.
- Use the Maison Élégance satin bag provided.
- Avoid hangers and use natural anti‑moth sachets.

5. Handling
- Avoid jewelry or rough surfaces.
- Handle embroidered pieces with extra care.
