Clients may request a return within 30 days of receiving their piece. Items must remain pristine: unworn, unused, tagged, and presented in their original packaging.

3. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns of:

4. EU 14‑Day Withdrawal Right
European clients benefit from a statutory 14‑day withdrawal right for online purchases, applicable when the item remains in immaculate condition.

5. Refunds
Once a return is inspected and approved, reimbursement is issued within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
